EZ Rekey Conversion Kit:
This kit includes a modified top retainer for any of the practice locks with a removable top cap (four such locks in this set). Simply replace the existing top retainer with our modified one, and you can repin (rekey) the lock in any way you choose without tools. This process is amazingly fast and super easy.
Each cylinder comes with a working key and can be rekeyed in the standard way if you have a plug follower and know standard rekeying techniques. The conversion kit allows you to rekey without prior experience or tools.

As shown in the accompanying images, the LocksportXPC Stand can hold a variety of practice lock cylinder types, making it an essential addition to your locksport toolkit.

I’ll give this a solid 4 out of 5.The locks are in good condition and I like the fact that they include a key with them. I sort of wish that they labeled the locks. I went thru with my label maker and labeled them and their associated key. Re-pinning the Kwikset and Schlage locks are pretty straightforward. It is a bit tricky getting the cap off the lock, but once you figure that out it’s pretty easy.The stand is basic. You can’t see the pins on the cut away locks, but to a degree I think that is the point. You want to mimic the fact the lock in is a door when using the stand.Overall I would recommend this set.
Fits well just gotta break it in but draw string for fitment is swell. –

Stand is useless. Can see the pins when they are cutout lock for training… doesn’t make any sense. I just started locksport about 2 or 3 months ago. Lock were easy pick at my novice skill level. 1 gave me trouble with a no touch pin. Used lishi a single pin pick. Even raked/zipped 2 of them. Great starter set but…. I found a better single lock repinable set elsewhere. Cheaper and way better.

I was a bit reluctant to purchase these. I’ve bought lots of used locks on other sites and even on here. I saw the nice assortment of lock brands and two that are cut to show pins. and it comes with a stand. The stand it what I was looking for in the first place. But I just received the locks and stand today and I’m blown away. The stand works great and the locks have such great various cuts not all flat or deep like many. They are a nice to practice with. Then the two cut locks are wonderful. Not only are the sides cut so you can see the pins but so is the top of the cylinder so you can see the pins down in center showing the sheer line for both the top pins and the bottom pins.The pins and with mine I received a reverse Pin tweezers that I had bought before for $15.00. Great value!
